Cleveland Vicon is seeking a reliable, motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing
warehouse and delivery team. We’re looking for someone who learns quickly, takes pride in
their work, and contributes to a positive, customer-focused environment. This role involves
supporting daily warehouse operations, assisting with order fulfillment, and making local
deliveries to our customers’ facilities and businesses.
Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Support general warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and
shipping orders.
- Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory and uphold high standards of cleanliness and
organization.
Delivery Duties
- Perform local deliveries during standard business hours (Monday–Friday).
- Safely transport products to customer locations using a company van or, when
needed, a 27-foot box truck.
- Provide excellent customer service during all delivery interactions.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and able to work
independently while communicating clearly with the team. Because we are a
customer-driven organization, occasional overtime may be required to meet business
needs.
General Requirements
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 100 lbs. (preferred).
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and communicate clearly in English.
- Experience with distribution, warehouse operations, or power equipment is a plus.
- 1–3 years of delivery experience in a service-oriented role.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
- Familiarity with local and surrounding areas; ability to read maps and follow
directions.
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Clearance Certificate.
