Amelia Springs Assisted Living is seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our facility. The Maintenance Person will demonstrate leadership qualities, possess mechanical knowledge, and excel in facilities maintenance. The duties are to Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as maintaining/repairing HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical fixtures. - Perform troubleshooting to identify issues and implement solutions promptly. - Fabricate parts as needed for repairs. - Execute residential painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the premises. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in facilities maintenance. - Proficiency in English for clear communication. - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
