What You'll Do
- Prepare and bake scones, pastries, cookies, muffins, breads, and other baked goods.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
- Assist with dough preparation, baking, decorating, and finishing products.
- Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory, stocking ingredients, and daily production.
- Work efficiently with the bakery team to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to accurately follow recipes and production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working early mornings
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
