Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Superintendent to lead construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance. You will coordinate between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success. Duties
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities on-site and off-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management.
- Oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed and work is performed efficiently.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and technical accuracy.
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam and other tools for project scheduling, cost estimating, and document control.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed project schedules, monitor progress regularly.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure compliance with contractual obligations; conduct site inspections for quality assurance.
- Prepare and review construction estimates; assist in bid preparation using construction estimating techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and safety records.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site supervision or project management within heavy civil or commercial construction environments.
- Strong proficiency with construction management software such as Bluebeam, and related tools.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and cost control measures.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on active construction sites.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
