We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our residential customers and builder partners — managing their experience from the first call through project completion. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for residential customers and home builders, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, residential builders, and contractors by providing timely updates, following up on open jobs, and resolving concerns promptly
- Coordinate with residential builders on new construction projects, including scope review, scheduling windows, and change order communication
- Prepare accurate quotes for residential glass products and services based on customer and builder specifications
- Coordinate with field technicians and the production team to schedule residential installations and service calls efficiently
- Manage and maintain the scheduling calendar to ensure jobs are assigned and completed on time, including builder project timelines
- Enter and track job details, quotes, and customer information in the company’s software system
- Communicate lead times, product availability, and project status to customers and builder partners throughout the process
- Support the residential team with general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or a related office role
- Experience working with residential builders or in the construction industry is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or estimating software is a plus
- Experience in the glass, construction, or home services industry is a bonus but not required
