Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling daily front desk operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Check guests in and out of the hotel accurately and efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to guest questions, and assist with reservations.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and paperwork.
- Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management regarding room status and guest needs.
- Monitor room availability and assist with assigning rooms.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Assist with basic office duties and other tasks as needed.
- Help with folding, organizing, and maintaining clean laundry when needed.
- Keep supplies organized and notify management when inventory is running low.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
