We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. Duties
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle along assigned routes to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any changes.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate delivery quantities and pricing as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues on-site.
- Perform some lifting of products as required during loading and unloading.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or customer feedback.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling pricing and inventory calculations.
- Ability to perform lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this position.
