Position: Full-Time Service Technician
We’re seeking a skilled Service Technician who is passionate about customer service and ready to contribute to our reputable organization. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $18 and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For
Commitment & Professionalism: A dedication to outstanding customer service and a polished, professional demeanor.
Flexibility: Availability to work weekends and maintain a consistent schedule of 40+ hours per week.
Physical Capability: Must be able to perform physical labor daily, including lifting over 50 lbs.
Driving Requirements: A clean driving record and current MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) from the DMV. Candidates must disclose any condition that may impact safe driving.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on vacation rental properties (e.g., HVAC filter changes, minor plumbing/electrical repairs, appliance troubleshooting).
Respond promptly to service requests from guests or property managers, including after-hours emergency calls on a rotating schedule.
Inspect properties before guest arrivals and after departures to ensure homes are in excellent condition.
Coordinate with vendors or specialists for repairs beyond your scope.
Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce guest disruptions and extend system longevity.
Assemble and install furnishings, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
Document tasks completed, parts used, and follow-up needs using our property management software.
Assist with seasonal tasks like winterizing homes, preparing for hurricane season, and opening pools/hot tubs.
Communicate professionally with office staff, property owners, and guests regarding service issues and solutions.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and local regulations.
