Responsibilities
- Medication administration
- Assess and record patients' condition and chart observations
- Ventilator, trach care and g-tube feeding care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice care, and home & community care environments to ensure seamless patient care transitions.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted LPN license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Available Shifts:
Monday - Sunday
8:00AM to 8:00PM
Pay: $30.00 - $40.09 per hour
Work Location: In person
