Responsibilities
- Respond swiftly to roadside assistance calls, assessing vehicle issues on-site and determining the best course of action.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform repairs such as tire changes, battery jumps, and minor mechanical fixes.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs and perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks when necessary.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all roadside operations to protect yourself and motorists.
- Communicate clearly with customers, providing updates on repair status and estimated time of assistance.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle repair or maintenance.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools.
- Experience performing vehicle maintenance tasks like tire replacements, battery services, or fluid checks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
