About NEOCAP:
NEOCAP (Northeast Ohio Community Alternative Program) is a Community-Based Correctional Facility that provides structured programming for adult felony offenders. Our team is committed to public safety, accountability, and supporting second chances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise resident movement, conduct facility checks, and monitor behavior
- Enforce program rules and support a safe, respectful living environment
- Conduct drug testing and complete shift reports and incident documentation
- Collaborate with a team to respond to resident needs and maintain order
Qualifications:
- Ability to remain calm and consistent in challenging situations
- Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, or holidays are required
- Interest in criminal justice, education, social work, or structured team environments.
- Previous experience in corrections, security, military, or coaching is a plus (not required – we train)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
