Bearatypus Sales, a sales and development firm, is seeking an Entry Level Account Representative to connect our customers with AT&T.. You’ll thrive on engaging with customers, mastering new products, and explaining the advantages of high-speed fiber internet. The Entry Level Account Representative helps both our English and Spanish-speaking customers embrace the power of AT&T.
As an Entry Level Account Representative, you’ll receive sales training on AT&T Fiber, account coordination, and customer service while developing sales skills. The Entry Level Account Representative develops product knowledge about Fiber, streaming reliability, and whole-home connectivity while learning how to maintain accounts and support everyday sales interactions.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Representative
- Help customers navigate AT&T Fiber plans and benefits in English or Spanish, ensuring clarity in their account choices.
- Communicate effectively with diverse customers to understand their internet needs and align them with AT&T Fiber solutions for their accounts.
- Assist customers with account setup, plan comparisons, and service recommendations, using bilingual flexibility to enhance their experience.
- Address customer questions about installation and service expectations in their preferred language, ensuring a smooth AT&T Fiber transition.
- Document customer interactions in both English and Spanish (bonus!) to streamline sales and account management processes.
- Highlight the advantages of AT&T Fiber, such as speed and reliability, to demonstrate its impact on home connectivity for their account.
Qualifications of an Entry Level Account Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Spanish fluency is preferred as a second language.
- No prior experience necessary; full training provided.
- Passionate about sales or account management is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, goal-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced sales environments.
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
