Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and plant equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to improve efficiency while promoting and encouraging safety.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and source quality products and services.
- Collaborate with General Manager to prioritize tasks.
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance work is preferred; previous experience with printing or bindery equipment is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward repairs and upkeep tasks.
