House Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor)

We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented house cleaners who take pride in their work. If you're reliable, enjoy cleaning, and want the freedom of working as an independent contractor, we'd love to hear from you.
No professional cleaning experience? That's okay. If you have a strong work ethic and are willing to learn, we'll provide training on our cleaning process.
Pay
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
- You earn 50% of every completed job.
- Our average cleaning job is around $250, so you'll typically earn about $125 per job.
- You keep 100% of all customer tips.
- The more jobs you complete, the more you earn—there is no cap on your income.
What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes to our quality standards.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Follow our cleaning checklist to ensure consistent results.
- Treat customers' homes with care and professionalism.
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every visit.
Requirements
- Reliable and dependable.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Able to perform physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Professional cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
Independent Contractor Information
As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for:
- Providing your own cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Paying your own taxes.
- Using your own vehicle for transportation.
