After-School Assistant at Discovery Academy

Join our after-school team at Discovery Academy! We're looking for an enthusiastic After-School Assistant to help lead our program from 3:00 to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

In this role, you'll assist with student instruction, manage group activities, and help supervise students both indoors and outdoors. A key part of your day will be leading engaging recreational activities and games.

We're looking for someone with:
- A basic understanding of early childhood education.
- Experience with and knowledge of behavior management.
