What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location.

Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries entering the location, verify credentials and/or access permissions, and report irregularities in a calm, professional manner.

Respond to incidents and critical situations with a problem-solving approach, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Monitor entry points, lobby traffic, and/or designated screening areas to help support compliance with client policies, visitor procedures, and other security-related requirements.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to screening stations, access points, and areas of concern as directed by site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:

Be 21+ years of age.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
