Seeking a HR & Talent Acquisition Associate, Your primary focus will be supporting full-cycle talent acquisition, while also assisting with new-hire onboarding, employee administration, and benefits-related activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, personable, and comfortable managing multiple searches and HR priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and support full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate and professional positions

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels

Screen and interview candidates and coordinate the interview process

Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Assist with offer preparation, pre-employment requirements, and background checks
-
Coordinate the new-hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee's first days and weeks

Ensure new-hire documentation and employee records are complete and accurate

Assist employees with general HR and benefits-related questions

Support benefits enrollment and administration in partnership with internal and external providers

Maintain recruiting and HR data, trackers, and reporting
-
Assist with HR projects, employee initiatives, and process improvements as needed
What We’re Looking For
-
3+ years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting, HR coordination, or generalist HR experience
-
Experience managing or supporting the full recruitment lifecycle
-
Hands-on experience with employee onboarding

Some exposure to benefits administration is highly desirable

Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting tools

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees

Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and managing multiple priorities

High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality

Bachelor's degree preferre

Must be bilingual English and Portuguese
