We’re looking for a highly agile
Technical Recruiter to support fast-moving organizational growth in an extremely competitive talent market. This role requires someone who can move quickly, anticipate workforce needs, and respond in real time to shifting project demands. You’ll play a critical role in securing top talent - often navigating relocation of talent and meeting tight timelines - ensuring our sites are staffed with the right people, at the right time, to keep projects and operations on track.
This role requires a strong appetite for ambiguity, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a high sense of urgency to effectively support the rapid expansion of our Texas teams.
