Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and take messages
- Schedule jobs and appointments
- Perform general office and clerical tasks
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and data entry
- Maintain organized records and files
- Order office supplies as needed
- Work efficiently in an office with multiple staff members
Requirements:
- Prior office administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and dependable
