Duties
- Lead high-intensity group workouts with energy and enthusiasm
- Build genuine relationships with members and help them crush their goals
- Create a fun, team-focused atmosphere every session.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and pride
- Maintain a clean and safe workout and studio environment, adhering to studio health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to multi-task and stay organized while training up to 36 clients in one group training session.
- Must have the ability to progress and regress exercises on the fly, in real time
- Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have the desire and capacity to train all fitness levels, novice to elite.
- Must be a able to speak loudly and concisely in a group setting
- Must hold a current fitness certification from an F45 approved education company such as ACSM,ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFFA, NFPT, NPTI, etc.
- Must have current CPR/AED certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
