Position Summary:
Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced goal oriented, out-going, independent, and self-motivated individual with an aptitude for sales, customer service and follow through to join a professional and friendly work environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Community Manager to supervise and monitor daily Community operations

Assist the Community Manager to Improve and maintain occupancy
-
Assist in Manage all leasing and administrative operations
-
Assist in hiring and supervising all on-site leasing and maintenance/field staff
-
Assist in handling current residents and former resident complaints
-
Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards and employment and safety laws
-
Understand and comply with Federal, State and local health and safety regulations and recommendations
-
Hold exceptional customer service skills
-
Assist in accomplishing set financial objectives for the Community (collection, delinquency rates, etc.)
-
Assist in improving and maintaining curb appeal and Community appearance
-
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum requirements:
-
Supervisory skills
-
Sales and leasing skills
-
3 years of work experience in multifamily property management/hospitality industry
-
Availability to work evenings and weekends
Preferred but not required: experience with Yardi, Tax credit and sales or market rate leasing
