LEO'S Photography is a family owned, Washington State business with dynamic constant annual growth in the school photography market. We photograph over 400 schools through our 2 locations, and are seeking to fill a position within our Spokane office.

LEO'S Photography has been photographing on-location school, dance and sports portraits for over 100 years. We utilize state of the art equipment and the services we offer are in high demand.
We are looking for a team member that is an exceptional listener who can clearly and effectively express themselves both verbally and in writing. The appropriate applicant will have excellent decision making skills with a demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
School photography is a dynamic and fast paced form of studio photography. We have a production line business model, so working fast and efficiently is a necessity. Attention to detail is required, and we are looking for employees that can implement their critical decision making skills.
The Photography Training Manager position is fundamental to our long standing history of excellent photography and the traditional school photography experience. The core functions revolve around providing the experience our employees have come to expect from our company and dedication to satisfying everyone the interacts with LEO'S Photography, both internally and externally.
This role will help provide the proper starting point for new photographers to get comfortable with our equipment and processes prior to going out to photograph live on location. Both the initial onboarding training, and continued follow up training both in office and on site will be needed for this role. Early mornings are going to be required in order to both assist in photographing on site and providing a helping hand if any employee needs hands on training while in the field.
You will need to be able to have a flexible schedule while maintaining a 40 hours a week. This role is flexible but will need open availability to make sure you can be on hand when needed.
Our compensation is dependent upon your experience. Because of the nature of our industry, work loads and direct reports will fluctuate throughout the year in line with our busy seasons and slow seasons.
We are primarily looking for people with time management skills and the ability to pay attention to details. Being fast and technically proficient while having fun in our office environment is critical to the atmosphere of our work place. We are able and willing to train the right person that will fit in with our current team. Critical deduction skills and efficient work discipline is required in this position. The ability to quickly learn our product line is essential. Computer proficiency is a must.
Being bilingual in Spanish is not a requirement but highly valuable to this role.
Supervisorial experience is required. The job will start immediately as a full time position.
