Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Operations Support Associate to assist our on-site teams with home packing, unpacking, and organization projects. This role is essential to keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, supporting a team environment, and working in residential settings. There is an opportunity for additional hours and work in the evenings and on weekends with this role so flexibility is good.
The $20/hr rate is probationary and merit increases are based on performance evaluations, skills, and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload supplies, tools, and materials from our company truck
- Assist with setting up and breaking down work sites at client homes
- Support organizing and packing teams during residential projects
- Move boxes, bins, supplies, and household items as needed
- Assist with basic handyman-style tasks as projects required (training and tools provided)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow project instructions and safety guidelines at all times
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry items throughout the day, some heavy
- Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the workday
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Able to work in the heat

- Comfortable working on-site in client homes
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic handyman or tool experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Pass basic background check
