What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners and evaluate project needs
- Conduct professional in-home consultations
- Educate customers on roofing, siding, window, and exterior solutions
- Prepare and present proposals
- Build strong customer relationships based on trust
- Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Consistently achieve performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development
- Help shape the future of our growing sales organization

Qualifications Required:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Preferred:
- Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, siding, window, or construction sales experience
- Leadership or team development experience
- Experience running in-home consultations
