Vertical Solutions Roofing & Construction. An industry leader in residential and commercial roofing, is expanding its sales team! We are currently hiring motivated and driven Project Sales Consultants to join our growing KC office. This is a high-income, performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. No prior sales experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you succeed. A few things to get out of the way real quick:
- This role requires you to be in-person based out of our office located in KC
- You’ll need your own, reliable vehicle to travel to job sites in the surrounding area
- You must be available during the day and occasional evenings/weekends to meet with homeowners and property owners.

Compensation:
- Annual earning potential: $80,000 – $220,000+
- Training Draw for the first 90 days

- Reliable personal vehicle & valid driver’s license ( Motorcycles not suited for this role)
- Comfortable working on low-slope roofs (full safety training provided)
- Strong work ethic with a goal-oriented mindset
- Prior sales experience is preferred but not required — full training provided
