Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and adhering to food safety guidelines
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and openTable reservations efficiently and accurately
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure sanitation standards are met
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety regulations is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of the food industry’s best practices for guest service, upselling techniques, and hospitality standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and teamwork

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
