Overview
We’re adding a skilled CNC Machinist to our shop floor to keep pace with growing production demand. This person will be the hands-on expert who keeps our lathe and mill/turn machines running efficiently, programmed correctly, and producing parts that meet tight tolerances. If you take pride in clean setups, precise work, and finding faster ways to get things done, this is your seat.

- Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs to improve cycle times and reduce scrap
- Troubleshoot setup issues, tooling problems, and in-process deviations
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T callouts to verify part conformance
- Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM) to inspect finished parts
- Identify opportunities to reduce run time and improve process efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
