Position: Groundskeeper

Gaines Investment Trust is hiring Groundskeepers to support our apartment communities in Tucson, Arizona. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of the property.
Positions are assigned to a specific community, with opportunities for growth within the region.
Compensation:
- $16 – $18 per hour based on experience
- Monthly performance bonuses
What You Will Do:
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the community
- Pick up trash and ensure all common areas are clean and presentable
- Perform general groundskeeping duties, including pressure washing
- Assist with maintaining curb appeal and property standards
- Report maintenance concerns and safety issues promptly
- Provide a high level of customer service to residents and guests
What You Will Bring:
- Previous groundskeeping or related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team as needed
