Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
* Visit businesses and commercial properties to present our services.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Prepare and follow up on proposals and estimates.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements
* Previous sales experience preferred (B2B sales is a plus).
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
* Reliable transportation.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
