- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments for cardiovascular conditions

Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare providers

Educate patients on cardiovascular health and preventive care

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions

Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiology
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Valid medical license to practice in Georgia

Board certification in Cardiology or relevant experience

Schedule: Friday 5p-Monday 7a, 2-3 weekends per month
Setting: Inpatient
Weekend Census: 80-90 patients
Case Types: Heart failure and LVAD
Duties: Call coverage from the ED and rounding on the floor
Support Staff: Additional HF physician, APPs
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
