Are you a friendly, upbeat individual who loves helping people? The Holiday Inn & Suites Salt Lake City Airport West is looking for a part-time or full-time Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel!
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and check guests in and out with a smile
- Process basic billing and handle guest inquiries
- Keep the front desk and back-office areas tidy
- Problem-solve guest issues with professionalism and care
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience every time
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for customer service and hospitality
- Previous front desk or hotel experience preferred
- Availability to work 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using computers and eager to learn
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems is a plus
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a bonus
