About Concierge Care Advisors
Since 2009, Concierge Care Advisors has guided thousands of Washington State families through the process of finding the right senior living, memory care, and in-home care solutions — always at no cost to the family. Our advisors are credentialed, experienced, and deeply connected to the local healthcare community.
We’re an independent, growth-stage company with a close-knit leadership team. This role reports to the CEO with day-to-day alignment to the COO. You’ll have real authority and real visibility from day one.
About the Role
We need a Director of Advisor Success to own our most important asset: our people. This is a player-coach role for someone who loves being in the field, lives and breathes performance metrics, and gets genuine satisfaction from watching an advisor crack their first placement.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ride alongside advisors in the field — observe, debrief, and coach in real time on live cases.
- Monitor placement pipeline metrics weekly. Know who is moving and who is stalling before it becomes a problem.
- Own advisor onboarding from day one through first placement — design and document the program from scratch.
- Maintain an active recruiting pipeline so open advisor seats are never left empty.
- Surface advisor feedback and concerns to leadership regularly and constructively.
- Partner closely with the Chief Concierge Officer to connect advisors with the right clinical expertise at the right moment in the right cases.
- Serve as the first point of contact when advisors need marketing support — whether that’s refining their outreach approach, developing referral partner messaging, or identifying the right tools and materials to help them build their book of business.
Employee is responsible for regulating work hours to meet assigned duties. No more than 20% of work time should be spent on inside office work unrelated to advisor development, field coaching, recruiting, or pipeline management.
What We’re Looking For
You have direct experience in senior care placement, home care, or a closely adjacent field — and you’ve coached or led others in a performance-driven environment. You’re equally comfortable in a hospital discharge planner’s office and sitting across from an advisor who just had a rough week.
Strong candidates will have:
- Background in senior care placement, assisted living, home health, or healthcare sales
- Demonstrated track record developing people — not just managing them
- Comfort reading and acting on pipeline and placement data week over week
- Experience building or improving onboarding or training systems
- Willingness to spend significant time in the field alongside your team
- Strong understanding of consultative sales, referral relationship management, and pipeline development
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both internal teams and external referral partners
Reporting Structure
Employee will report to the CEO for planning and strategy and to the CCO for advisor coordination. This reporting structure will be reviewed at 90 days from date of employment to determine if it needs to be modified or changed to achieve the best performance metrics.
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
Benefits:

- Health insurance
