We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Marketing Representative, Clinical Liaison, or Business Development Representative to develop referral relationships with hospitals, case, case managers, and discharge planners and other healthcare professionals. This field-based role is responsible for increasing referrals and growing admissions to our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility through relationship-building, education, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare referral sources.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to hospitals and healthcare providers throughout your assigned territory.
- Educate referral partners on our skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and specialty services.
- Work closely with the admissions and clinical teams to coordinate referrals and facilitate timely admissions.
- Serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and referral partners regarding post-acute care options.
- Track referral activity, admissions, and marketing efforts.
- Represent the facility at networking events, community outreach activities, and professional meetings.
- Collaborate with facility leadership to achieve admissions and census goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, referral development, physician relations, or clinical liaison work preferred.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital discharge planning or another post-acute care setting strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing a territory.
