Job Description: School Age Site Coordinator
Reports to: Director of Early Learning
Salary: $18-22, DOE

Role Overview: We’re seeking a School Age Site Coordinator to manage a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate program for school-aged children. This role ensures compliance with DHS, BrightStars, CACFP, and CCF standards while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement culturally responsive activities using SACERS and other tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe classroom and ensure proper supervision and ratios.
- Collaborate with families, counselors, and school partners to support children’s needs.
- Conduct assessments, maintain student files, and communicate progress with families.
- Oversee program logistics, data reporting, and compliance with CACFP guidelines.
- Lead family engagement activities and participate in community events.
Qualifications:
- BA with 18 credits in Child/Youth Development preferred, or AA in related field.
- 24 hours of professional development annually; ability to lift 20–35 lbs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; experience in youth development.
