Southpark Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our compassionate and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for an RVT who is passionate about anesthesia, enjoys surgical nursing, and wants to fully utilize their skills.
In this role, you will:
- Provide high-quality patient care during surgical and dental procedures, including patient preparation and recovery, anesthesia monitoring, and dental cleanings with radiographs
- Support a strong surgical caseload while collaborating closely with veterinarians and teammates to ensure safe, efficient care
- Assist with outpatient appointments and maintain efficient exam room flow while delivering compassionate client communication
- Review treatment plans, provide discharge instructions, and confidently answer client questions
We provide care for dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, and a small number of avian patients, including chickens and ducks. Our team is hardworking, collaborative, and energized by open communication and shared goals. We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician with a passion for teamwork, surgery, and anesthesia.
This is a full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.
Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation: $25 - $29 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package: $2000

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 4+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Colorado
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Client communication
- Anesthesia induction/intubation/monitoring
- Dental prophy
- IVC placement
- Outpatient care
