About Freestone Property Group
Freestone Property Group is a vertically integrated real estate investment and management firm focused on multifamily properties throughout New York City. About the Role
Freestone Property Group is seeking a motivated Property Management Intern to support a portfolio-wide access control initiative. - Document and remove non-functioning lockboxes per program protocol, including photos and detailed notes
- Install and test retractable key hardware to enable secure, controlled access
- Take before/after photos at each site to document conditions and changes made
- Accurately log all findings, statuses, and updates in the property management system after every visit
