Traveling Superintendent- Up to $185k
My client is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead major commercial and industrial projects across the country.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.
- Manage subcontractors, self-perform teams, site logistics, and daily jobsite activities.
- Drive scheduling, sequencing, safety, quality, and overall project execution.
- Partner closely with Project Managers, clients, designers, and internal trade experts.
- Identify challenges early and develop solutions that keep projects moving.
- Mentor Assistant Superintendents and developing field leaders.
- Travel nationally based on project needs.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
- Experience leading large, complex projects as a Superintendent.
- Strong knowledge of structural systems, building envelope, interiors, MEP coordination, and sitework.
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel full-time.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
