Position Summary
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Complete all assigned and prep and set up of
individual station. Maintain product presentations, product quality and cook
time standards. Prepare and serve all items according to recipes, plate
presentations and specifications. Assist other team members as needed.
Requirements
- Clean and sanitize the work area before,
during and after each shift.

all times.

- Prepare all food according to recipes, plate
presentations and specifications.
- Mentally prioritizes tasks to maximize use of
time.
- Dates, labels, and rotates all products.
- Completes all assigned prep work within
assigned timelines.
- Completes daily and weekly cleaning projects.
- Observes other stations and applies team work
to help where needed.
- Completes any other duties assigned by
manager.
- Cleans dishes and returns plates and supplies
to proper stations.
- Perform other job-related activities as
required or assigned by manager.
Qualifications
easing going, pleasant and smiles easily with excellent interpersonal skills
reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required
of using knives, slicing equipment and other food preparation equipment safely
to remain calm and organized under pressure
to detail and ability to follow recipes in the manner in which they are written
