Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, Georgia-licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our medical spa team. This role is focused on therapeutic outcomes, including medical massage and manual lymphatic drainage, to support our clients' wellness and recovery goals.
Requirements:Must hold an active, valid Georgia Massage Therapy License.Demonstrated experience or certification in medical massage or manual lymphatic drainage preferred.Strong commitment to professional ethics, HIPAA compliance, and patient safety.
Duties: Perform therapeutic massage and manual lymphatic drainage techniques tailored to individual client needs and medical history. Maintain detailed clinical documentation for each session to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with the spa’s clinical team to follow established treatment protocols for patients. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and calming environment in compliance with all medical spa and health department standards.
Skills
- Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Proficiency in various massage techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
- In-depth knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop customized treatment plans
- Experience in pain management strategies within a medical or spa setting
- Familiarity with occupational health principles and med spa procedures is preferred
- CPR certification and ongoing commitment to professional development in massage therapy practices
Pay: $35.68 - $42.97 per hour
