HIRING IMMEDIATELY: Maintenance Supervisor

Accurate Personnel is seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Maintenance Supervisor for a premier cold storage food distribution center in Ruther Glen, VA. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance team to keep our facility running safely and at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, assign duties, coordinate breaks/vacations, and train team members on warehouse and safety procedures. Partner with management on hiring and performance reviews.
- Oversee inspections, cleanliness, and sanitation of the cold storage facility. Ensure mechanical units and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operate properly.
- Generate and track internal/external repairs using Service Channel software. Coordinate outside contractors and monitor preventative maintenance agreements.
- Enforce OSHA, state, and federal regulations. Manage purchase orders for parts, track invoicing, and file weekly repair status reports.
What We Look For
- Warehouse or distribution center maintenance experience required (cold storage or wholesale industry background preferred).
- High computer literacy, including experience with WMS and work order tracking software.
- Strong communication skills to manage a diverse workforce and collaborate with management.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work comfortably in a distribution center with variable, cold temperatures.
