ABOUT THE ROLE
Sales Associate – Retail Store (Hourly + Commission)
Join our retail skincare store as a Sales Associate. Great opportunity for people who enjoy talking to customers, learning sales skills, and growing their income.
Pay
- $15/hour OR 30% commission (whichever is higher, paid monthly)
- Based on personal sales
- Strong performers earn $20–$40/hour equivalent
- Shift: 8 hours
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in the store
- Start friendly conversations
- Offer samples and demos
- Learn and use a sales script (training provided)
- Educate customers and close sales
Training & Support
- Paid training
- Sales scripts and step-by-step coaching
- Ongoing support to help you earn more
- No experience required — we train the right people
