Commercial Property Management company is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Maintenance Technician to join our commercial properties team.
Responsibilities
Must be knowledgeable in all phases of repairs and maintenance, and skilled in multiple trades, including plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC fundamentals, and painting.
Must be professional, courteous, self-motivated, and dependable, with attention to detail.
Effectively perform duties required in upkeep of commercial properties with the skill set necessary in performing work order service requests and other general maintenance requests.
Must be a proactive problem-solver that thrives on maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and service excellence in every task.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation area required.
Must pass drug screening process and a background report.
