- What You'll Do
- Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems with speed and precision
- Operate hand and power tools used in flat roofing work safely and efficiently
- Handle material transport and heavy lifting as part of a coordinated crew
- Follow all safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe on every job
- Bring your expertise to the crew and help mentor newer team members
What You Need
Required:
- Prior experience in flat/commercial roofing or a closely related trade
- Working knowledge of roofing hand and power tools and safe practices
- A strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to work outdoors, at heights, and in changing weather
Desired:
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, or built-up roofing systems
- 2+ years of flat/commercial roofing experience
