Overview:
Strong Spas is seeking a dynamic and strategic Digital Ad Manager that thinks commercially, not just technically. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns
- Manage budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other channels
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Build audience strategies and remarketing funnels
- Coordinate ad creative development with internal and external teams
- Develop and test:
- Video ads
- Lifestyle creative
- UGC-style content
- Promotional campaigns
- Seasonal messaging
- Continuously test offers, headlines, and landing pages
- Build weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Improve attribution and conversion tracking
- Monitor customer acquisition economics and profitability
- Improve lead quality for dealer sales teams
- Support ecommerce growth initiatives
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve marketing-to-sales conversion
- Identify new advertising opportunities and channels
- Stay current on platform changes, AI tools, creative trends, and digital best practices
- Help strengthen brand positioning against lower-cost competitors
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- 3+ Years managing digital advertising campaigns
- Strong experience with
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads and Analytics
- Conversion tracking
- Retargeting
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce and lead generation Marketing
Personal & Professional Attributes:
- Detail-oriented and results-driven with a proactive mindset.
- Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets
