- Plan, execute, and manage property-related projects from start to finish, both ground up and redevelopment, all high design, luxury and with projects in the US and overseas.
- This individual will act as the in-house Owner's Representative for projects developed by this firm in addition to acting as the Construction Manager for external partners.
- The goal is to develop a team around this individual who will have C-Suite exposure.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project goals.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve project risks and issues promptly.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout project execution.
- Maintain clear communication with all project participants to ensure alignment.
