As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work directly with industrial, commercial, and contractor customers to source products, prepare accurate quotations, process orders, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and committed to helping customers find the right solutions.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and provide timely, accurate product recommendations and solutions
- Source products from manufacturers and suppliers to meet customer requirements
- Prepare detailed quotations and follow up to secure orders
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online communication
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities
- Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and channel partners to support customer needs
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and customer service goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records within company systems
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Previous inside sales, customer service, account management, or sales support experience
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in electrical distribution, industrial supply, construction, manufacturing, or related industries
- Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems
- B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of electrical products and industrial equipment
- Experience developing quotes, bids, and sourcing products from vendors
