Schedule
1st shift: 7am - 3pm, Mon - Fri
($19.50/hour, would increase to $20/hour after 90 days and completion of training modules). *Overtime when required*
3rd shift: 11pm - 7am, Sun - Thurs
($20.00/hour, would increase to $20.50/hour after 90 days and completion of training modules). *Overtime when required*

Day In The Life of a Quality Lead:
- Leading and training quality associates
- Sorting, testing and visual inspection of various types of parts for defects/damages (Testing mirror actuators)
- Inspecting actuators
- Documenting proper information for customer
- Consistent attention to detail
- Fast paced work environment
What We’re Looking For in a Quality Lead:
- Reliable transportation
- Prior experience in a Quality Lead position
- Position does require traveling to other work locations when needed (up to 35 miles, mileage reimbursement & pay for travel).
- Entry-level experience in Quality Inspection (though experience is preferred)
- Hilo experience
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to stand for length of shift
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Ability to pass a background check & drug screen
