Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to address clients’ specific needs
- Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and identify areas of concern
- Provide education on pain management, physiology, and anatomy to help clients understand their conditions and treatment options
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and hygienic environment for all clients during treatments
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care and occupational health initiatives
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively, answering questions, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere
Requirements
- Valid certification as a licensed Massage Therapist with experience in medical spa or healthcare settings preferred
- Proficiency in patient service, assessment, and developing tailored massage plans
- Knowledge of deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
- Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Prior experience in occupational health or med spa environments is highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
