The Prince and The Pawper is excited to announce that we are looking for a new stylist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be passionate about grooming, as well as being an excellent team player.
Duties
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
- Handle and restrain animals with care during grooming procedures
- Provide basic care such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests
- Monitor pet health and report any abnormalities to the appropriate staff
Requirements
- Knowledge of pet grooming techniques and best practices
- Experience in handling various animals with care and compassion
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the safety and well-being of the animals
