- Opening and closing the Builder model and inventory homes Everyday In San Antonio & Surrounding Areas
- Installing Directional Signs and Removing Directional Signs Daily
- Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service.
- Demonstrating inventory homes
- Providing product and pricing information for model home & other homes Available
- Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers’ likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home.
- Obtaining each walk-in contact information
Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:
- 1+ years’ experience in high-end sales/customer service
- Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- 10am-5pm Saturday's
- 12pm 5pm Sunday's
- Knowledge of Home Sales & Build On Your Lot Sales Experience Required
- Licensed real estate professionals are required to place their license on inactive status as a condition of employment to prevent a conflict of interest with our homebuilder clients.
